Our ambition is that Eastpoint will provide an example of how long-term investment can create a place that supports local people and collaboratively addresses local priorities.
As a responsible investor, we are working hard to create long-lasting, positive social impact in our communities. In doing so, we are also securing the long-term returns for our pension scheme members and creating a better world for them to retire into.

THE LEARNING LAB
Through our work with local stakeholders including the local primary and secondary schools, we are exploring the creation of a ‘Learning Lab’ to inspire the scientists of tomorrow.
The ‘Learning Lab’ would provide young people in the surrounding area with access to facilities and equipment that typically are not accessible in schools. Delivered in partnership with local schools and with support from future cutting-edge STEM companies on Eastpoint, the new facility will not only provide memorable learning experiences, but it will also pass on skills and knowledge to inspire the scientists of tomorrow.
